Fausto Panunzi
Fausto Panunzi (born March 10, 1965) is an economist (Università Bocconi) and he holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and in Economics from the Università di Pavia. Previously, he was Professor of Economics at the University of Bologna. Also, he has been associate professor at Universitá Bocconi, assistant professor at the University of Pavia and visiting lecturer at University College London. His research interests are corporate finance and corporate governance, the theory of firm and the theory of contract. He blogs at LaVoce.
